Over the weekend we continued to fish PM Lake with great success. A lot of big 4 year old kings, a real meat hunt.

There were a lot of fish in PM Lake on the way out in the morning. It was windy and rough out deep, so we decided to fish PM Lake. Program: riggers 21ft 20ft 19ft. High wires 51ft and low wires 31ft. All plugs.

With a north wind, cold water rolled in along the shore. The water was 44 degrees in 50ft at the state park. Lots of fish and bait just outside of the pier head. We set lines out front in 40ft of water. We caught nice 4 year old kings. The program was all plugs except for meat rigs on the two low wires. 3 and 5 color cores were hot. Ace High double glow was our hot plug.

Fishing morning or evening, it didn’t matter. Great fishing has continued over the weekend. We continued to fish the bank. The water has pushed down from 55ft to 75 ft. The rest of our program remains the same.

We had more good fishing on the bank this morning. Look at this great batch of fish! We took limit by 9:00am.

We didn’t see fish at the pier head, so we went to the bank. Fishing from the 01’s to the 06’s in 130ft of water we found excellent fishing. There were lots of big Kings, and Coho too. The fish were in the top 50ft. Riggers set at 41ft 47ft and 51 with Moonshine spoons were hot. 5, 7, and 10 color cores with plugs took lots of bites. Wires with Spin doctors and flies took bites as well. Best baits were Moonshine Bloody noise, Ace high double glow and gray ghost plugs.
